Fees must be paid in advance. All fees except the application fee are fully refundable upon cancellation at least two weeks in advance. After that no fees are refundable.

I further agree that the Cottage property will be used in accordance with rules and regulations of the Friends Of Columbia Park (RULES) and that I shall be responsible for any and all liability arising from the use of the Cottage property and hold Friends Of Columbia Park and the City of Portland, its officers, agents and employees harmless from any action arising from my occupancy. I understand that the Friends of Columbia Park reserves the right to cancel this rental agreement for urgent reasons. I have also read and agree to the information described in this application.
