Friends of Columbia Park is not a Portland City department. We have a great relationship with the City agencies. In particular the Portland Parks Bureau.
Friends of Columbia Park is a non profit agency - holding a 501 (c) 3. We are not a political organization.
Friends of Columbia Park welcomes new members.
Friends of Columbia Park contributes to the well being of our best neighborhood asset. The Park and the Columbia Cottage.
Friends of Columbia Park are the stewards of the Cottage and do not own the building. Prior to our management, Portland Parks Bureau had been using the facility as a storage shed for their tools, equipment and maintenance supplies.
