Columbia Cottage Rental Rates
(click here for the rental application)There is a $10 application fee that is non-refundable.
A required $100 security/cleaning deposit, with a $50.00 possible refund upon inspection at the end of the event. (see other rules)
A $35.00 per hour charge for rental of the facility.
We include the following in rental of cottage at no additional charge:
One - 100 cup coffee pot
Two - 30 cup coffee pots
Two- 10 cup Mr Coffee pots
One - 5 gallon juice jug
One - 3 gallon beverage dispenser.
There is street parking only! It is possible to drive into the park to unload for the event and then return to the street for parking.
The mens and womens restrooms are ADA accessible.
The cottage is ADA accessible, double wide doors for wheelchairs.
Cottage capacity is set at 75 people without tables.
Capacity when sitting at tables and chairs is 66 people.
