These Rules Apply to all users of the Cottage Facility.

1. No smoking in the building, restrooms or doorways
2. All children must be supervised
3. No nails, staples, or tacks in the woodwork
4. No climbing on the furniture
5. No fires in the fireplace without specific permission
6. No cooking in the fireplace
7. Clean all food and liquid spills in the facility
8. No pets allowed
9. Clean off all tables and chairs and return them to their original positions
10. Bag and remove all garbage to assigned area
11. Clean out kitchen sink; clean off counters and electric range
12. Assure that all burners on the electric range are turned off
13. Please do not put hot dishes or pans directly on counter tops
14. Do not remove any tables or chairs from inside the cottage facility
15. Assure that all water faucets are completely turned off
16. The cottage facility will closes at 11:00 PM and all events must conclude by then.

Alcohol use must be in compliance with current Portland Parks and Recreation policies and practices. Contact PP&R Customer Service for policy. We have permission from PP&R to allow a Champagne toast to a bride and groom at the cottage. You may also reserve an adjacent covered picnic area, obtain a permit from PP&R and serve alcohol there.
