For standard rentals we charge $200 for the first 2-hours (required minimum) and $50 for each additional hour. This includes one hour before and after your scheduled rental time for set-up and clean-up. The funds we take in from rentals help us maintain and improve the Cottage and Columbia Park for the benefit of the community. Please see below for additional cleaning and cancellation fees as well as special pricing.
